Eligibility Criteria
CEMS MIM is a program offered to students who are enrolled for the Post Graduate Program (MBA) at IIMC. From the overall batch, students will be selected to enroll in the MIM program, based on criteria given below.
01. Minimum CGPA of 6.0 upto Term 1 of the MBA Program
Students fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply for the CEMS MIM program. The application has to have the following documents:

- A video (max 2 minutes) presenting your interest in, and your suitability for CEMS. The SOP argument may be built on (but not restricted to) the following areas:
- Your alignment with CEMS values.
- Why apply for CEMS and not simple exchange/STEP?
- Your contribution to the CEMS cohort before and during the programme?
- Demonstrated International educational/working experience.
- Demonstrated experience of working in/with multicultural/multiethnic/international team(s)
- Leadership Skills/Achievements illustrated through examples.
- Grade Sheet of MBA Term 1 and Term 2 (if available)
- Details and proof of Work Experience abroad, if any.
- Certificate of Proficiency indicating the CEFR levels obtained in a Foreign Language, if any.
- Details of your contribution to CEMS Club Calcutta, if applicable.
- One recent coloured passport size photo in soft copy, preferably in formals.
Selection Criteria
Candidates will be assessed based on the application and other supporting documents along with a personal assessment interview. The assessment is primarily based on the following factors:
- Intellectual Potential & Knowledge (academic excellence, ability to analyse, learn/reflect, prior knowledge in the international business area)
- Attitude & Soft Skills (Desire to achieve, Interpersonal competences, Integrity, Critical Thinking, Motivation for the MIM Programme)
- International orientation (curiosity for differences, sensitivity & adaptability, spirit of facing challenges, international openness and cross cultural aptitudes, language skills)
