NOTICE INVITING TENDER

1. Tender for “TENDER for Wi-Fi and Power Injector procurement for the upgradation of Wireless network at IIM Calcutta campus”

Online tender is invited for supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Wireless Access points (APs), Power Injectors and software for the upgradation of campus Wireless network of IIMC at Joka.

The scope of this tender encompasses supply of necessary components, installation, testing of equipment for the functionalities, demonstration and adequate training to IIMC personnel for smooth operation/management of the equipment.

Relevant Tender documents and price quotation should be submitted only on CPP portal in prescribed format

The following documents should be submitted by the tenderer (stamped and signed):

  3. Online payment receipt for EMD (for details see NIT)
  4. BOQ
  5. Escalation Matrix
  
5 BID security Please upload the Declaration  
6 Bidder should supply Manufacturer Authorization Format (MAF) from the OEM for this tender. Documentary evidence should be submitted  
7. Bidder should have a valid Partnership with OEM for active components in the last 3 Years. OEM provided valid documentary evidence must submitted  

Note: Only those bidders who meet the above minimum criteria will be considered for technical evaluation.

Relevant Tender documents and price quotation should be submitted only on CPP portal in prescribed format mentioned in NIT doc uploaded at CPP portal.

Tender documents containing details may be obtained from the Website CPP PORTAL, (https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app). Bidder needs to download the documents from there. Tender must be submitted through CPP portal. Bidder should registered themselves to that portal prior to submission.

Time schedule of tender activities:

  • Date & Time for submission of Tender Documents: From 13/04/2021 to 03/05/2021 upto 16.00 hrs IST.
  • Date & Time of Opening of Technical Bid: 04/05/2021 on 16:00 Hours IST.
  • Date & Time of Opening of Commercial Bid: To be Communicated to the qualifying tenderer later

Bid Submission Deadline: 03/05/2021 till 16:00 Hrs IST
Offer must be submitted through CPP portal latest by 4 P.M. on 03/05/2021.
