NOTICE INVITING TENDER
| Tender for "RE-TENDER FOR 200 MBPS (1:1) BACKUP INTERNET LEASED LINE CONNECTION AT IIM CALCUTTA CAMPUS". | Date:- 18.12.2020 |
Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) invites online bids (e-tender) in two bids systems from Category “A” Internet Service Provider (ISP) for the following services:
Online tender is invited for uncompressed, unfiltered, unshared Internet Leased Line (ILL: - a 200 Mbps) through fiber optics that will be terminated in MUXs (to be installed by ISP on their own cost) one in the Ground Floor Computer Centre for the duration of 1 year which may be further extended up to maximum 2 years on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance with same terms and conditions and as per future requirements of the Institute. The leased lines from the ISP’s MUXs will be terminated at IIMC’s layer 3 switch/CPE installed at Computer Centre using CAT6 (or higher) UTP cable.
The following documents should be submitted by the tenderer (stamped and signed):

Note: Only those bidders who meet the above minimum criteria will be considered for technical evaluation.
Relevant Tender documents and price quotation should be submitted only on CPP portal in prescribed format mentioned in NIT doc uploaded at CPP portal.
Tender documents containing details may be obtained from the Website CPP PORTAL, (https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app). Bidder needs to download the documents from there. Tender must be submitted through CPP portal. Bidder should registered themselves to that portal prior to submission.

- Date & Time of Opening of Commercial Bid: To be Communicated to the qualifying tenderer later

Offer must be submitted through CPP portal latest by 4 P.M. on 31.12.2020.
The Institute reserves the right to modify the requirements and reject all the tenders, wholly or partly without assigning any reason thereof.
