NOTICE INVITING TENDER

E-Tenders are invited by Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (hereinafter referred to as “IIMC”) under Two-Bid System i.e. Technical Bid and Financial Bid from eligible registered Agencies/Firms/ Companies/Service Providers for HOUSEKEEPING services at ALL HOSTELS consisting of Ramanujan Hall, VLMP, Annexe, Tagore, New, LVH, Family Hostel namely F-5, F-6 & D-2 for DPR Students and F-2 & F -4 for MBA-Ex Students at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta Campus. The Period of contract will be for 02 (two) years from the date of commencement of service, which may be reviewed every year based on the performance and on completion of two years, extension may also be considered up to 1 (one) year subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Institute on the same terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document.
