1. Tender for“Online Proctoring solution with examination for academic programmes for IIMC”.
Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta invites open tender for providing “Online Proctoring Solution with examination platform for Academic Programmes”. The tender document may be downloaded from Central Public Procurement Portal https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app.

Guideline for e-Tendering
The tender document may be downloaded from the Central Public Procurement Portal https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app.
The tender documents shall be submitted online only at CPP Portal website link https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app in the prescribed format given on the websites before the date and time as mentioned above “Time Schedule of tender activities”. No other mode of submission will be accepted.
A Guideline is provided in Annexure A (download from CPP portal) for online submission of bids which is derived from guidelines for e-Procurement of Central Public Procurement Portal. The Tenderers / Bidder are advised to follow the guidelines or visit the Central Public Procurement Portal for updated information.
Tenderers/ Bidders who are willing to participate in the tender should visit IIMC website https://www.iimcal.ac.in/tenders or CPPP website https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app regularly till the end date of submission of tender for any corrigendum/addendum/amendment.
The prescribed tender form should not be changed / modified by the tenderer / bidder under any circumstances. If any tender form is changed / modified in any way, the tender will be rejected completely and the EMD will be forfeited and the Tenderer/Bidder will be black listed from doing business with IIMC.
A tenderer / bidder shall submit only one tender and if the same tenderer / bidder submit more than one tender, the tender will be rejected. Even this will be applicable when one or more partner(s)/director(s) are common.
An acceptance letter format is provided in Annexure-B (download from CPP portal) which must be submitted by the tenderer on the letter head of his company.
Guidelines for submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD):
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) payment mode will be online payment and the EMD Amount is Rs. 2,50,000 . All applicable bank charges shall be borne by the applicant.
- Other T&C of related to EMD will be found in CPP portal.
Guidelines for Submission of Tender:
- The tenderer / bidder is advised to follow the submission of tender documents uploaded in CPP portal.
- The offers submitted by Fax/email shall not be considered. No correspondence will be entertained in this matter.
Chapter-1
The following documents should be submitted by the tenderer:

| 5 | As of the last date of submission of the tender, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar services to provide solutions for online proctoring with examination platform in the last three years. One similar work costing minimum 80% of the estimated cost of the work according to your offer. OR Two similar works each of costing minimum 60% of the estimated cost of the work according to your offer. OR Three similar works, each of costing minimum 40% of the estimated cost of the work according to your offer. |
