1. Tender for “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 13 nos. UPS unit complete with individual battery set (45 mins backup), 4 years Comprehensive maintenance of the same and Comprehensive maintenance of another existing 13 nos. UPS including replacement of their batteries, supply and laying of Electrical cables &allied accessories in IIMC campus”.
Sealed item rate tenders in two bid system are invited by Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (i.e.IIMC) for the works “Sub - Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 13 nos. UPS unit complete with individual battery set (45 mins backup), 4 years Comprehensive maintenance of the same and Comprehensive maintenance of another existing 13 nos. UPS including replacement of their batteries, supply and laying of Electrical cables & allied accessories in IIMC campus.”
The two bid system of tender shall consist of Technical Bid (Envelope-I) duly sealed and superscribed with the words “Technical Bid” and “Price Bid” (Envelope-II) superscribed with the words “Price-Bid”. Both the envelopes shall be kept in third envelope duly superscribed with the words “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 13 nos. UPS unit complete with individual battery set (45 mins backup), 4 years Comprehensive maintenance of the same and Comprehensive maintenance of another existing 13 nos. UPS including replacement of their batteries, supply and laying of Electrical cables & allied accessories in IIMC campus.”.
