E-Tenders are invited by Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (hereinafter referred to as “IIMC”) under Two-Bid System i.e. Technical Bid and Financial Bid from eligible Vendors/Suppliers/Manufacturer/Agencies/Firms/Companies for supply of various Stationery & Maintenance Items through Annual Rate Contract (ARC) for use of IIMC for a period of one year w.e.f. the date of issuance of Purchase Order.
The cost of tender document is Rs.1000/- + 18% GST(Non-refundable) must be deposited by the tenderer in the form of Demand Draft in favour of ‘Indian Institute of Management Calcutta’, payable at Kolkata. Tender document fee and the EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) should be kept in a single envelope and must be deposited at the Drop Box kept at the office of Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, D.H. Road Joka, Kolkata, failing which tender will not be accepted.. Exemption of EMD and the cost of tender document will be granted to applicable agency/firm/vendor etc. who will submit the latest MSME certificate.
