Tenders are invited through CPPP from eligible Registered Agencies/Firms/Companies /Service Providers to provide Jobs/Services for GARDENING SERVICES, SWEEPING AND CLEANING OF METAL ROADS AND HARD CEMENTED AREAS and areas appurtenant thereto at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta Campus, Joka Diamond Harbour road, Kolkata 700104. The tender document fee of Rs.1500/- excluding 18% GST (Non-refundable) must be deposited by the tenderer by Demand Draft in favour of ‘IIM Calcutta’ and payable at Calcutta along with the tender documents. Tender document fee is to be deposited /paid in EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) envelope. Tender without tender document and fee will not be considered. Extension for a period of one year may also be considered subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Institute.
