Tenders are invited through CPPP from eligible registered Agencies/Firms/Companies/Service Providers for HOUSEKEEPING services at OTHER BUILDINGS consisting of Administrative Building, Library, Computer Centre, New FP Lab (SBI Building) Engineering Division, Security Office, Medical Unit, Staff Canteen, Swimming Pool, Guest House (NF1 Building), New Power House, Gymnasium, New Teaching Block (NTB), MCHV and Boat House at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta Campus. The tender document fee of Rs.1500/- excluding 18% GST (Non-refundable) must be deposited by the tenderer by Demand Draft in favour of ‘IIM Calcutta’ and payable at Calcutta along with the tender documents. Tender document fee should be kept in EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) envelope. Tender without tender document fee will not be considered. Period of contract is for 03 (three) years from the date of commencement of service, which will be reviewed every year based on the performance and on completion of three years. Extension for a period of one year may also be considered subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Institute.
