Expression of Interest

Empanelment of Advertising Agencies

Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, an autonomous body, under the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India having its office at Joka, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata-700104 invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for Empanelment of Advertising Agencies for releasing advertisements, tenders, notices, recruitments etc. in Local/National/International newspapers, magazines, journals for IIM-Calcutta.

Interested Creative Advertising Agencies with INS Accreditation meeting the eligibility criteria may submit their EOI for empanelment complete in all respect to Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase & Advertisement), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Joka, D. H. Road, Kolkata- 700 104.

Agencies, should apply with a non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/-(Rupees five hundred) only, payable in the form of a Demand Draft from any scheduled commercial Bank favouring ‘Indian Institute of Management Calcutta’ payable at Kolkata. Filled-in applications with all credentials & other related documents must be submitted on or before 05.07.2019 by 2.00 P.M. The sealed documents will be opened on the same date at 2.15 P.M. at the office of Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Joka, Kolkata-700104.

Incomplete applications or applications received after the last date of submission will not be considered for empanelment.
