NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders in printed tender forms, as specified hereunder, are invited for the following work from the contractors as per particulars mentioned below. Tenders will be received by IIMC as per time schedule mentioned hereunder. Rates are to be quoted on item rate basis.

1. Name of work Supply and installation of 32 Nos. SMF type battery (each 12V, 100AH) for 30 KVA UPS at NAB, block – M (UPS No. 3SBL11031511301002 installed at NAB Room No. M-501) IIMC Campus, Joka.
2. Name of Division Engineering Division IIMC.
3. Contractors eligible to participate the tender. Resourceful, bonafide contractors having adequate experience in past three years in similar nature of works only can apply.
4. Earnest Money 2% on quoted value given by you, Bank Draft in favour of “IIMC Construction Works Accounts” payable at Kolkata.
5. Tender Form Standard Agreement form of the Institute.
6. Price of tender document Rs. 500/- Each set.
7. Last date of application for purchase of tender paper. 03/10/2017 (3.00 p.m.)
8. Date of sale of tender 06/10/2017 (3.00 p.m.)
9. Date and time for receiving the tender 10/10/2017 (up to 2.00 p.m)
10. Date of opening of tender 10/10/2017 (at 2.30 p.m)
11. Time of completion of work 10 (Ten) Days

Intending contractors are requested to procure tender documents as per time schedule. They should bring with them their valid ITCC, Trade License, Electrical license, Labour License, PAN & GST Registration Number. other relevant documents as required by statute. If demanded, they will have to produce original of all documents.

Accepting authority reserves the right to cancel any or all the applications / tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
