Subject: Procurement of Godrej Brand Dining Chairs for use of Hostels at IIMC.

Sealed quotations are invited from Authorized Dealers / Distributers of “Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.” of Kolkata for procurement of Godrej Brand Dining Chairs for use of Hostels at IIMC. Vendors are requested to submit their quotation with sealed cover for the item as per prescribed format (mentioned below) in the drop box at the office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase) located in Administrative Building, (Ground floor), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, D.H. Road, Joka, Kolkata-700104 by 2:00 P.M. on July 25, 2017. The quotation should be given on the basis of free delivery & Installation at our location.

The tenders will be opened on July 25, 2017at 2:15 P.M. at the Office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Joka, Kolkata 700104 in presence of authorized attending representatives of the bidders.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The delivery of the materials has to be made within 14(fourteen) days from the date of issuance of Purchase Order.
  2. L1 Vendor will be selected based on the lowest quoted rate of all items together.
  3. Any re-type/over-writing, mistake in any calculation while quoting the item, the tender may not be accepted.
  4. The Vendor should attach the copy of Trade License, PAN Card, and GST registration certificate & Dealer / Distributers certificate of “Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.” along with the Tender Form.
  5. The Institute reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
