NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Subject: Procurement of 14(fourteen) Nos. Sony LED TV for use of MDC Suits of IIM Calcutta

Sealed quotations are invited from vendors for procurement of 14(fourteen) Nos. Sony LED TV for use of MDC Suits. Vendors are requested to submit their quotations with sealed cover for the item as per prescribed format mentioned below in the drop box at the office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase) located in Administrative Building, (Ground floor), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, D.H. Road, Joka, Kolkata-700104 by 2:00 P.M. on April 18, 2017. Please mention your Delivery Schedule and Taxes & Duties to be charged.

The tenders will be opened on April 18, 2017at 2:15 P.M. at the Office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Joka, Kolkata 700104 in presence of authorized attending representatives of the bidders.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The delivery has to be made within 07(Seven) days from the date of issuance of Purchase Order.
2. L1 Vendor will be selected based on the lowest quoted rate of the item.
3. Any re-type/over-writing, mistake in any calculation while quoting the item, the tender may not be accepted.
4. The Vendor should attach the copy of Trade License, PAN Card, and VAT registration certificate and authorized distributorship / dealership certificate of SONY TV along with the Tender Form duly signed and sealed.
5. The quoted rate must be inclusive of all taxes, delivery and installation charges.
6. The Institute reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
