NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Subject: Procurement of 2(two) Nos. Snooker Tables for use of MDC Office

Sealed quotations are invited from reputed vendors/firms having experience and credentials for supply of below mentioned item. The last date for submission of the tender is 26th October, 2016 by 2.00 p.m. The Drop box is available in the room of Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase) in the ground floor of Administrative Building, east side. The quotation should be given on the basis of free delivery at our premises. Terms and conditions of contract, when the proposed purchase materializes, are set out on the reverse. Selected Vendor needs to deliver the item to the Management Development Centre of IIMC along with fixing and fitting within 3-6 weeks from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. The vendors should mention the Delivery Schedule and Taxes & Duties to be charged. The quotation should be sent in the sealed envelope.

  5. Institute reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
