The Calcutta Chapter of the Alumni Association of Indian Institute of Management hosted the annual Alumni congregation, Nostalgia on May 30. The evening witnessed the attendance of successful alumni of IIM-C from different batches, faculty members and students from all the residential programmes of IIM-C. The Alumni Association felicitated Abraham Stephanos, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Tata Ryerson Ltd and MD of Tata Steel Processing And Distribution Limited. The Chairman of the Alumni Association, Asok Banerjee, announced a donation of `1 lakh to the Prime Minister’s relief fund towards relief for the victims of the recent Nepal Earthquake. The Association also donated two two-seater kayaks for the newly inaugurated kayaking facilities on the institute’s campus.
