MBAEx Placement 2021-22
The fifteenth (15th) batch of MBAEx programme had a successful placement season with the following figures –
- Number of offers made: 87
- Average Salary: INR 36.79 Lakhs per annum (+27.96% yoy)
- Median Salary: INR 30.41 Lakhs per annum (+19.25% yoy)
- Highest Salary: INR 1.37 Crore per annum (+57.25% yoy)
- Average salary increase: 52.5%
In the batch of 79 students, 75 students participated in the placement process and received a total of 87 offers (2 students opted-out and 2 were on sabbatical). Various organizations across industries extended offers to the students which paved the way for aspirants to successfully shift their industry, roles, or functions of choice, which is more important than securing the job itself.
Various recruiters hired graduates for their leadership roles. Some of the prominent names are Microsoft, CleanMax, Amazon, Flipkart, DealShare, The Math Company, Bain Capability Networks (BCN), Sutherland, Persistent, Publics Sapient, Axis Bank, ElasticRun, Merilytics, Lynk Logistics, and Simplilearn. IT/Consulting and E-commerce comprised more than 80% of the offers received. Persistent, Accenture, Ernst & Young, and Amazon were top recruiters by numbers.
