Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta invites online bids (e-tender) in two bids systems (Technical & Financial) from the firms having sufficient experience and expertise in providing hiring of 266 nos. (Two hundred sixty six) printers along with one resident Engineer for a period of 2 (Two) years as per the specification given in the tender documents.

The scope of this tender encompasses supply of necessary resident Engineer and necessary printers, installation, testing of equipment for the functionalities, demonstration of the equipment and running of the equipment during the entire hiring period.

The Institute reserves the right to modify the requirements and reject all the tenders, wholly or partly without assigning any reason thereof.
