NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sub.: Empanelment of Vendors for Supply of Books to PGP (Office) at IIMC

Indian Institute of Management Calcutta invites open offer of interest for “Empanelment of Vendors for Supply of Books” on prescribed Format from reputed vendors/ distributors/suppliers in India, to its PGP (Office), Joka, D.H. Road, Kolkata-700104.

This empanelment will be valid for a period of three years. At the end of period, the empanelled supplier(s) willing to continue with empanelment are to apply afresh for renewal of empanelment. New supplier(s) may also be considered for empanelment of any time, provided they fulfil all the required conditions. Interested vendors/distributors/ suppliers may submit the applications along with one copy each of the requisite documents to Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Joka, Kolkata-700104.

Last Date for Submission of Application: 29th July, 2019 by 2.00 P.M.
