NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed Tenders are invited from Transport Service Providers for supply of one Tata Sumo/ Bolero (Non-AC) or equivalent Car on rental basis for a period of two years w.e.f. 1st August, 2019 to 31st July, 2021 for use of MDC Office and night patrolling at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Joka, Kolkatta-700104. This contract may be extended for a further period of one year subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Institute.

Transport service providers may download the Tender Document from the Institute’s web-site: www.iimcal.ac.in or obtain the same from the transport department, IIM Calcutta, Kolkata-700104 on any working day between 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. up to 10th July, 2019 and submit the bid, complete in all respect, along with the copies of Trade License, PAN, GST Registration Certificate and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amounting to Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) which will be kept as Security Deposit for the selected service provider and will be returned without any interest after completion of the contract, and other relevant documents in the Office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase) located in Administrative Building, (Ground floor), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, D.H. Road, Joka, Kolkatta-700104 by 2.00 P.M. on 11th July, 2019.

The Tender will be opened on 11th July, 2019 at 2-15 P.M.at the Office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase) in presence of authorized attending representatives of the bidders.
