NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders in printed tender forms, as specified hereunder, are invited for the following work from the contractors as per particulars mentioned below. Tenders will be received by the Engineering Division, IIMC as per time schedule mentioned hereunder. The bidder should quote rates on overall Percentage (%) (Annexure – A) & Item rate (Annexure – B) basis inclusive of all taxes as applicable.

1. Name of work Operation, minor maintenance, servicing, breakdown attendance of electrical system & allied accessories at LVH in IIMC Campus (Period from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019)
2. Name of Division Engineering Division IIMC.
3. Contractors eligible to participate the tender. Resourceful, bonafide contractors having adequate experience in past three years in similar nature of works, maintain all statutory rules of labour deployment and having registration of PF, ESI & GST only can apply.
4. Earnest Money 2% (Annexure – A) & (Annexure-B) on quoted value (excluding GST) given by you, Bank Draft in favour of “IIMC Construction Works Accounts” payable at Kolkata.
5. Estimated value of work Rs. 9,25,848/- (Plus GST as applicable for Annexure-A
6. Earnest Money Rs. 18,520/- for Annexure-A, by Bank draft in favour of “IIMC Construction Works Accounts” payable at Kolkata.
7. Tender Form Standard Agreement form of the Institute.
8. Price of tender document Rs. 500/- Plus GST@12% as applicable Each set.
9. Last date of application for purchase of tender paper. 10/12/2018 (up to 3.00 p.m)
10. Date of sale of tender 12/12/2018 (up to 2.00 p.m)
11. Date and time of dropping of tender 14/12/2018 (up to 2. p.m)
12. Date of opening of tender 14/12/2018 (at 2.30 p.m)
13. Time of completion of work Annual maintenance

Intending contractors having requisite credentials are requested to procure tender documents as per time schedule. They should bring with them their valid Trade License, Contractor License & PAN Card with IT latest return, GST Registration Number with latest return and other relevant documents as required by statute. If demanded, they will have to produce original of all documents.

Accepting authority reserves the right to cancel any or all the applications / tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
