NOTICE INVITING TENDER (2nd Call)

Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Diamond Harbour Road, Joka, invites sealed item rates tenders from the intending contractors having adequate experience and credentials of building works (Not below 50 lakh in single order) in Public Sector or Industries in the standard format of the Institute. The detailed program and other information of tender are furnished below:

1. Name of work Providing hard landscaping and allied work in the front and rear side of Amphitheater Complex in IIMC campus at Joka.
2. Name of Division Engineering Division, IIMC
3. Contractors eligible to apply for purchase of tender documents Contractors having adequate experience and credentials in building construction works in Public Sector or in Industries, Good performance record and financial soundness.
4. Estimated cost of the work Rs. 71,79,153.00
5. Earnest Money Deposit Rs. 1,43,583.00 by bank draft drawn in favour of IIMC Expansion Project Account.
6. Tender to be submitted In standard agreement format obtainable from IIMC against cash price.
7. Price of tender documents Rs. 1,000.00 (by Cash)+GST
8. Last date of application for purchase of tender documents 04th April 2018 (up to 2-0 p.m)
9. Sale of Tender documents 06th April 2018 (up to 5-0 p.m)
10. Date and time for receiving tender 11th April 2018 (up to 2-0 p.m.)
11. Date and time for opening tender 11th April 2018 (up to 2-30 p.m.)
12. Time for completion of work 2 months

Intending contractors having required credential, adequate experience and financial solvency are requested to apply for prequalification and purchase of tender documents in their letter head along with copies of credentials, IT clearance and GST Registration certificate etc. IIM Calcutta reserves right to reject any or all applications and tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
