Subject: Procurement of 42 Nos. LG Brand 6.5 kg. top loaded automatic Washing Machines and buy back of old 26 Nos. Washing Machines

Sealed tenders are invited from authorized dealers/distributors/vendors for procurement of 42 Nos. LG Brand 6.5 kg. top loaded automatic Washing Machines and buy back of old 26 Nos. Washing Machines for use of various hostels of IIM Calcutta. The last date for submission of tender is 24th January, 2018, (Wednesday) at 2.00 p.m. Drop box is available inside the room of Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase) in the ground floor of Administrative Building, east side. The quotation should be given on the basis of free delivery at our premises.

Terms and conditions:

  1. Vendor is required to quote based on above specification.
  2. No over-writing or use of correction fluid will be accepted.
  3. Vendors should attach the copy of Trade License, PAN, GST Registration Certificate and Authorised Dealership/Distributorship Certificate along with the tender form.
  4. Vendors are requested to submit quoted rate of GST and HSN Code separately.
  5. L-1 Vendor will be selected whose quoted value of 42 Nos. Washing Machines inclusive GST minus the cost of buy back of 26 Nos. old Washing Machines will be the lowest.
  6. Delivery: within 1(one) week from the date of issuance of Purchase Order
  7. Tender document must be submitted as per stipulated date and time along with all credentials
  8. Institute reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
