The IIM Calcutta Centre for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (CEI) in collaboration with the IIMC Innovation Park (IIMCIP) and Entrepreneurship Cell has created, IIMCreate - the Entrepreneurship Webinar Series with an objective to feature successful IIM Calcutta alumni entrepreneurs, who will share with us their journey of value-creation, innovation and inspiration. Mr. V. Shankar, Founder Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) and a Distinguished Alumnus Award winner, IIM Calcutta (PGDM batch of 1983) shared his entrepreneurial journey in a fireside chat with the former Director, IIM Calcutta on November 1, 2020. Mr. Shankar has had a powerful entrepreneurial trajectory that led to the founding of CAMS to provide technology based services to the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. CAMS recently went public through a successful IPO.

They presented a panel discussion on "Covid and Beyond - Business Models in Turbulent Times" on December 19, 2020. The panelists of this series were Mr. Ajay Jain, PGDM - 1983, MD - Enzotech Solutions, Head of Equities and an expert on SMEs, Mr. Neelotpal Sahai, PGDM -1994, Head of Equities, HSBC Asset Management, Mr. Srikant Sastri, PGDM - 1985, Chairman - IIMCIP, I3G Advisory Network, Startup evangelist, advisor, mentor and Mr. Venkatesh Krishnamoorthi, PGDM - 1994, Founder - Maarga Systems and an expert on Digital Media Marketing.
