Golden Jubilee PGP 7th Batch

The Golden Jubilee reunion of the 7th batch reunion happened during February 7-9. Around 23 alums and 15 spouses visited the campus, with more enthusiasm than ever the Alumni actively engaged with the Director, Prof. Anju Seth, followed by a panel discussion with the professors including Professors Balaram Avitathur, Randhir Kumar, Prashant Mishra and others along with the Chairperson - Board of Governors. Alumni recounted their varied journeys and left everyone awed and proud. As discussions turned to new programmes and initiatives at IIM Calcutta, it was now the alumnis’ turn to be awed and they described it as futuristic and dynamic. The alums were spellbound, walking around the campus, looking at how the institute was built amidst cutting edge new facilities. This was followed by lunch at Bawali Rajbari. Finally, there was a heart to heart panel discussion among the alums and the new generation of Jokars, revolving around the experiences, the college, the facilities and ended with pearls of wisdom from the alums on how to make the most of all the opportunities coming our way.
